ACT core has been adopted in one type of VIP seat for one Airbus project. This great news is reported by New 365.

ACT Aramid Honeycomb Core has been adopted by Airbus Planes Successfully. It's surprised to know this kind of light weight honeycomb core is widely used in modern aircrafts. As China is developing its aero industry, ACT, a composite company based in Songjiang, also achieved its own success in aero fileld. ACT aramid honeycomb core has been adopted by Airbus planes in its VIP seats. Besides, ACT is wroking closely with COMAC(Commercial Aircraft corporation of China Ltd) for domestic aero market .

Best solution for saving weight & energy: Aramid honeycomb core is similar with Bee hive in structure. It could offer significant compressive and shear strength but very light in weight. And it's nonflammable, corrosion resisted and easy to shape. These characteristics make it perfect core material for modern aircrafts, including most aircrafts manufactured by Boeing and Airbus. ACT will get COMAC certificate in July 2015. "Made by ACT" could be realized from then on.

 Every piece of core could be traced: ACT has established a sophisticated production line and a testing lab according to AS standards. ACT will test every block regardless of cost.  Other companies may not willing to do this. All samples and test data will be kept for more than ten years.
